PROJECTS
Make Music Cyprus is the largest street music festival on the island, started in 2019 — participatory, community-driven, and volunteer-powered. Celebrated every year on International Music Day,
it takes place simultaneously with over
120 countries around the world.

Unlike traditional music events, Make Music Cyprus transforms the city
into a live musical platform.

Hundreds of musicians of all ages,
genders, nationalities,
experience levels, and musical styles
come together to celebrate inclusion, creativity, and the joy of music.

All events are free and open to the public.

The festival celebrates the musician in everyone — a festival for the people, by the people, and you can be a part of it too!

BREACH FESTIVAL

Breach Festival is Cyprus’ first festival dedicated to improvisation and experimental music practices, started in 2020.

It brings together local and international artists through collaborations with Irtijal (Lebanon’s largest and longest-running festival),
SPACE21 (Iraq–Kurdistan), and No Ordinary (Thessaloniki, Greece).

Beyond its events in Cyprus, the festival sends Cypriot musicians abroad via a platform for artist exchanges, creating connections across borders.

More than just a festival, Breach is building a new music scene in Cyprus, offering artists the space to present original works locally and internationally.
It cultivates attentive, engaged audiences who may actively participate in the creative process, fostering a lasting connection with contemporary music and culture.
